We went to Mulate's the other weekend. After the alligator tour. If you want cajun food and authentic, jammin', play that fiddle faster, what did he say in French, momma's got a squeeze box, I can't stop my feet from dancin' live cajun music and you want to bring the whole family, Mulate's is the place to go. Live Cajun music 7 nights per week! And fried catfish. Check out their website for their rich history. If you're ever in Breaux Bridge call us; we'll drop everything and meet you there!
Be sure and leave your business card on the ceiling. I'm not sure if you have to bring your own thumbtack. I kept looking for a yellow card...
The bad news, no micros. We had Heinekens.
Cheers!

Heineken is never a bad alternative when you can't find a good micro. It is the official Nielsen house beer, actually. (I know, insert light beer gasp here!)
I met a microbrew enthusiast in my travels, and he told me to check out www.ratebeer.com for some good brews. I am sure you are hip to the scene being as hop-savvy as you are, but I thought I would pass it along.
Cheers from Göteberg, Sweden!
I'm bringing my dancing shoes, my business card and a thumbtack! Count me in!
Actually, I hadn't heard of that one. I'm on it. Thanks. And drink a Hiney for me. I'll bet they're excellent in Sweden.
Okay, but let's put the tack to use before you get on the dance floor:)
